1. Returns and Refunds
Our promise
We want you to feel grounded in your Turfies. If they are not right for you, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund on the price you paid.
Your legal right to cancel
If you are in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
You then have 14 days from telling us to send the items back.
Condition
Please return your Turfies unworn, apart from trying them on indoors, with the original drawstring bag and packaging. We cannot refund pairs that have been worn outside, or that show clear signs of wear such as flattened grass, dirt, or indentation from use, as this shows the footbed has been used beyond trying on.
How to return
- Email info@turfies.co.uk with your order number.
- We will confirm your return and send instructions, including the return address for your order.
- Post the items back to the address we provide. You'll need to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price you paid for the items within 14 days, to your original payment method. This does not include the original delivery charge, except where you are exercising your legal right to cancel, in which case the standard delivery charge is also refunded as required by law.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged, or there is a manufacturing fault, email us at info@turfies.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out, and you will not pay return postage. This does not cover normal wear and tear, such as the grass fibres flattening or fraying with regular use. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in this policy.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return your original pair for a refund and place a new order, so you are not waiting on stock.
2. Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're overseas and interested in Turfies, email us at info@turfies.co.uk and we'll see if we can help.

Two pairs takes you over £50, so a double order ships free.
Delivery time
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch, though this may take longer during busy periods. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.
We are a small team fulfilling our first production run, so occasionally a parcel takes a little longer. If yours is delayed, email info@turfies.co.uk and we will chase it personally.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order. Because we're currently hand-fulfilling orders ourselves, tracking details may follow separately by email once your order has gone out, rather than automatically. If you haven't heard anything and it's been longer than expected, check your spam folder first, then get in touch and we'll chase it down.
Wrong address
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will change it if the parcel has not gone out. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute it.
3. Privacy
Who we are
Turfies is a trading name of TigerSky Limited, 19-20 Bourne Court, Woodford Green, IG8 8HD, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at info@turfies.co.uk.
What we collect
When you buy from us, or sign up to hear from us, we collect:
- your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number
- your order details, including what you bought and what you paid
- payment information, which is processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- information about how you use our site, including pages viewed and device and browser details
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns and customer service. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To improve our site and understand what our customers want, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax purposes.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the companies that help us run Turfies:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store
- our payment providers, which process your payment
- our delivery partners, so they can get your parcel to you
- our email provider, if you have opted into marketing
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep your basket working, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through the banner on our site, or through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years, to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred elsewhere. Email info@turfies.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below.

4. Terms of Service
About us
Turfies is a trading name of TigerSky Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 19-20 Bourne Court, Woodford Green, IG8 8HD, United Kingdom. When you buy from turfies.co.uk, your contract is with TigerSky Limited. Contact us at info@turfies.co.uk.
Our contract with you
When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, but it does not mean we have accepted it. Our acceptance of your order happens when we dispatch it, at which point a contract is formed between us.
We may refuse or cancel an order at any point before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, if we spot a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Pricing
All prices on our site are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to make sure prices are correct, but if we find a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch to ask if you would like to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
We may change prices on the site at any time. Changes will not affect orders you have already placed.
Product descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. As Turfies use natural-toned synthetic grass fibres, small variations in colour and texture between pairs, and between what you see on screen and what arrives, are normal and are not a fault.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for things that cannot be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that, our liability to you for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of income or opportunity, that are not a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or acting negligently.
Use of our site
You agree to use turfies.co.uk lawfully and not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to interfere with its operation or by using it to commit fraud. All content on the site, including our logo, product photography and copy, belongs to TigerSky Limited or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@turfies.co.uk first and we will do our best to sort it out directly. If you are unhappy with how we have resolved a complaint, you can raise it with Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date below.
